With a passion to cook as strong as their passion to ski and ride, our chefs strive to make your vacation as memorable as the skiing. Many of our chefs cook at the renowned Island Lake Lodge during the summer months and source the finest in produce and ingredients in a quest to provide you with an incredible dining experience.

Menu Plan
Powder Cowboy Catskiing packages include all meals prepared by our Chefs. Being a set meal plan, it is very important for guests to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies well in advance of their arrival. Powder Cowboy Catskiing will make every effort to accommodate your dietary needs. We stock a variety of wine, beer and liquor.
